I paid for my raffle ticket and the money has been deducted from my account, but I have not received my tickets.
Your confirmation should come through to your provided email address, please check the junk mail folder.
If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please call 9212 4333. Alternatively, you can email raffles@cancerwa.asn.au.
I've received my confirmation and receipt, but can't find my tickets?
Please scroll down to the second page of the attached receipt, your tickets and ticket numbers are found there.
Can I buy multiple tickets with ticket numbers that are not consecutive?
Yes, but you will need to purchase individual tickets in separate transactions.
How will my purchase appear on my bank statement?
It will display as Cancer Council WA.
How many tickets are available?
There are 55,000 tickets available for purchase.
Can my tickets win multiple prizes?
All tickets purchased prior to the close time and date will be included in the trade promotion Early Bird Draw, Bonus Prize Draw and Major Prize Draw. The winner of the Early Bird Prize or Bonus Prize will therefore be re-entered into the Main Prize Draw for the vehicle or cash.
If I live interstate can I still purchase tickets and win?
Please refer to the terms and conditions. Purchasers must be over the age of 18 and be West Australian Residents.
When is the raffle drawn?
The cut off for purchasing tickets for the Early Bird Prize is 23:59, Wednesday 23 October 2024, which will be drawn at 12:00, 24 October 2024.
The cut off for purchasing tickets for the Bonus Prize is 23:59, Wednesday 6 November 2024, which will be drawn at 12:00, Thursday 7 November 2024.
The cut off for purchasing tickets for the Major Prize is 23:59, Wednesday 20 November 2024, which will be drawn at 12:00, Thursday 21 November 2024.
